The circuit has a control circuit in which first and third switch elements

are turned on to short-circuit in sampling period. The second voltage is

sampled with reference to first voltage by switching second and fourth

switch elements to second contact. The first and third switch elements are

turned off and opened during hold period. The second and fourth switch

elements are sampled to first contact. The difference voltage is amplified

between second voltage and third voltage and outputs amplified voltage as

output voltage by holding output voltage from output terminal.
