1.事實發生日:96/07/312.發生緣由:依臺灣板橋地方法院裁定認可確認之重整計畫辦理現金增資特定人公開招標甄選案3.因應措施:經重整人及重整監督人聯席會同意變更現金增資特定人公開招標甄選資訊說明書第3頁”投標押標金擔保信用狀或銀行保函內容核定截止日”預定為96年7月31日，因資訊說明書第7頁英文字句需作修正，決議將投標押標金擔保信用狀或銀行保證函內容核定截止日延後至96年8月2日。4.其他應敘明事項:資訊說明書第7頁英文字句原文為:The Chou ChinIndustrial Co., Ltd. may claim under this Standby Letter ofCredit/ Bank Guarantee Letter by submitting to [IssuingBank] a certificate certifying that [the Bidder] has failedto complete the cash injection subscription transaction orhas otherwise breached the requirements of or obligationscontained in the Confidentiality Agreement and/or the CashInjection Subscription Agreement executed with[the Bidder].
